Turn left on Front Street and go under I-90. You are now on East Lake Sammamish Pkwy.

Turn left on SE 64th Pl, which takes you into The Meadow Creek Complex.

At the first “Y”, turn left onto 226th Pl SE. The 6505 building is at the end of this street, on the Right hand side marked Issaquah Surgery Center.
